Roundabout: Out & About
Tuesday, March 31, 2026
Good morning!
Spring has started to show up, but that might change this week with a cold forecast ahead. Either way, we still have plenty of things to do to keep your mind off of the upcoming “Minnesota Fourth Winter.”
This week’s Out & About, we shared a list of Easter brunch options across the Twin Cities and a calendar full of early spring-themed events.
Enjoy!

Easter Brunches Across Twin Cities And East Metro
By: Beth-Ann Bloom
Since not everyone considers chocolate bunnies and jelly beans to be an appropriate holiday menu, it’s a good thing that the Twin Cities offer both prepared foods that you can serve in your own home on Easter as well as restaurants with festive brunches and dinners.
This list includes some more far-flung options too so you have additional choices if your favorite is already full. Driving a little farther gets you to Surly’s frozen shrimp luge, Red Wing’s Big Boot and some small towns in Wisconsin.
